Some of us NPC like crazy, pay CTP for elite share, and even spend GP to get every ship module from each available seasonal NPC elite - only to fail in the end. Here is a suggestion:

Some mechanism to "unlock" a random Seasonal Elite NPC on your Battle Tab. This would be repeatable any number of times, but of course shouldn't be easy. I don't think it should be something that could be bought with GP; rather, it should be a difficult and painful process to achieve.

For example, a repeatable mission (let's say 10 to 20 rounds per cycle) that requires an artifact (we'll call it something cool like "seasonal invocation shard") for each run. The final reward will be another artifact ("seasonal invocation apparatus") that will unlock the random NPC. The shards would be dropped by some rare NPC, at maybe the same rate as TO Troop Carriers, or as one of the things that a Dark Arms carrier may drop, etc.

It might unlock a Sarkonis or a Q-PEDD Elite, or any of the Seasonal Elites NPCs we've seen over the years which will drop their regular artifacts at their regular distribution rates.

This serves 2 purposes: (1) Players can always have hope that they will, eventually, be able to get those ship modules. (2) Provides something new for higher rank players to work on.

Not if those shards are dropped by rare NPCS with the same drop rate as Dark Arms Carriers Planet Flux , Make it Uncommon , With 40% Chance for a shard and 60% for a dark badge

He said Troop Carrier spawn rate, not PFlux drop rate. That alone would be ridiculous. And thank you, but having nearly 1700 Dark Badges saved up at the moment means I really don't want another NPC dropping them. When I do an NPC autorank session, I average 2-3 Troop Carriers per rank. Something at that rate would accomplish the goal of the OP quite nicely. An Uncommon would make things too easy. I find at least a dozen of even the most rare uncommon NPCs every rank when hunting.

Just do 300 ACFs and 10k en, for full completion, that way u can get it, just for a cost.

I want more Dark badge drops i love them! Troop carriers and Dark badges are the only reason why i npc!

I don't like this idea.

Seasonal NPCs are fun because they come around once a year.
Having a way to get them year round would diminish the fun for me.

I think dan should have made a GP artifact that would spawn one of the elites in your battle tab, for all of the last seasonal events.

Most games have a short cut, i think its unfair some should miss out.

during the 3 events before bane i was in the hospital, to bad. i didn't get them nor do i want them by using shortcuts, better luck next time.

Then the game would lose its specialness, if you want to buy everything im sure zynga with micro-transaction you to death

I found over 180 of the uncommon q-peds and one of the elites, i was not lazy and i put a hell of a lot of effort into trying to find them.
