There is noway in hell I can remember how many I got but if I did get 1 in 300 since NPC's came out do the math.
I do know that they come at different hours of the day. I've killed a ton of npc's in hours and didn't see any hardly but then again I've found 2 or 3 in the same hour.
You just have to get lucky is what it boils down to.
Finally. I thought I need to put on my tin foil cap but it looks like another relevant observer has the same impression. News flash !
The spawn system is not random. Anyone thinking different is wrong. There are moments where you can kill 2000+ NPC's and not see a single Troop Carrier and later during the day someone will find 3 in less than 150 NPC's. How the hell is that random or balanced ? Dan ?
