Upgrades any 'standard' structure (built from the planet with materials) and permanently boosts all of its bonuses by 50%, up to a maximum of 100%. The selected structure is also immune to removal from enemy artifacts and abilities.

Artifact Effects: Permanently boosts a "standard" structure's (The definition of standard: a normal, build-able structure from the planet build list) bonuses by 50%, up to a maximum of 100%. Also renders the selected structure immune to removal from enemy artifacts and abilities. For example, using the artifact on a planetary shield, which has a normal stat of 750 defense, increases its defense by 750 * 1.50 = 1125 defense. Likewise, the same would apply to a +10 mining building: 10 * 1.50 = +15 mining production.
Artifact Limits: As many "standard" production, population, attack and defense modules as there are on a planet, multiplied by two (since each structure can be boosted twice).
