Mission Reward Artifact

Upgrades any standard structure (built from the planet with materials) and permanently boosts all of its bonuses by 50%, up to a maximum of 100%. The se1ected structure is also immune to removal from enemy artifacts and abilities.

Notes:

The definition of standard: a normal, buildable structure from the planet build list.
Example: Using the artifact on a planetary shield, which has a normal stat of 750 defense, increases its defense by 750 * 1.50 = 1125 defense. Likewise, the same would apply to a +10 mining building: 10 * 1.50 = +15 mining production.
