These modules follow the form of Equipment. However, these modules do not count to the normal module type limits.

Tier Bonuses

Tier modules are bonuses gained from finishing missions completely. Each can only be obtained once. They have no size or upkeep, and cannot be sold or unequipped. Tier buildings are unlocks. On reaching the required number of finishes the building will become available. Tier artifacts are obtained once and are placed in your cargo hold. They must be used in order to gain their benefit.

Special Tech Modules

Special Tech modules are taken from the wrecks of defeated uncommon or rare NPCs, or recieved in the completion of some missions. Just like normal modules, they have space, upkeep, and a max number allowed per ship. Future edit: add current mission chain rewards such as the the sryll transponder.

Note: The reward will be installed on your vessel even if there is no hull space available. In the process it will disable your 0 space Mission Completion Rewards. They will be operational again when the hull space is increased or items removed.
