Legion Mission Reward Artifact
Transforms an unoccupied Gas planet into a Chthonian world, decreasing its size by 2, and dividing the research production equally between artifact and mining.
Available from: Carthyne Symposium legion mission, Task 1: Research Hydrodynamic Escape
Artifact Type: Planet
Set Duration: Permanent
Cost in Energy to Use: ?
Artifact Effects:

- Notes: When used, the new Chthonian planet's resource production is zeroed before the research richness of the original gas planet is apportioned. Any research richness beyond 18x will be disregarded. Hence, the maximum richness, from the use of this artifact, is 3x for artifact and mining on the Chthonian planet.
Example:
A massive Gas planet with Research = Mega Rich (value of 12) will become a Large planet with Artifact and Mining both = Very Abundant (value of 6). See the resource availability table for the numerical values.
