I don't really want to waste galaxy points, mostly because it has some nice special structures on it
Is there anyway he could invade it/get it on his scans permanently?

use a Flux Tracer to get the name of all players that have the planet on scan... hopefully you know the legion one of them is in... try to contact that person (might have to get an officer to leave a note on the legion's officer comm)... ask them to invade it, then you can share the planet with your legion and your legion member can invade
The hardest part is finding the legion of the people that have scanned it.... next hardest is arranging some sort of compensation for one of those people to invade a planet they won't keep

If you want a legion member to take a planet you have, and don't want to alert it and abandon it (costs GP), then alert it, kill the defense on it, leave the legion, and let your legion mate attack it and invade it.

Your legion loses the alert when you leave.

i do have a theory but its never been tested.... requires 2 people to pull it off..... alert ur planet and have the person u want to have it guard it leave ur legion have the person guarding it pull up the planet in two seperate browser windows and knock down the pop in one window have that person switch to gurading another planet, then switch back to the other window andinvade before it has time to refresh.... again its never been tested , at least nnot by me so im not sure if it works good luck

it theoretically could work, but i some how feel Dan didnt intend on having multiple browsers running this game in order to do this or repair in the middle of a PVP battle without a Nano Drone.
Id like a ruling on if it works as well as one on if its considered exploitation.. sadly though im feeling he will call it an exploit and the tester will go the way of TK
