Okay, there are a few things wrong with the above picture.

Firstly: I have been hacked since I hit -1 hacks. This cannot be explained by server lagg.
Secondly: The disable counter is all wrong - I haven't been disabled since I hit 2 disables left. (although my logg is a mess - I may be wrong.)
Thirdly: Why can I be in the negatives for all 3 anyway? Surely it should stop at 0...

Your counters decrease when either

(a) Someone disables, raids, or hacks you, or
(b) It has been 24 hours since you performed an action to raise your counter.

It looks like you fall into situation (b). Consider the following scenario:

You go on a red-badge binge, and disable 21 people between 11pm and midnight. This raises all of your counters by 21. Your counters are now at 24, 26, 26. Over the next day, you are disabled, raided, and hacked 7 times each. Your counters are now 17, 19, 19. By the time midnight rolls around again, each of your aggressive actions has expired, lowering each counter my 21. Your counters are now -4, -2, and -2, with nothing illegal every taking place.

Okay, that solves the raid/disables. The hacks continuing after -1?

i got hit till i was at -15 hacks and -5 raids, never at negative disables though.

i've seen negative disables continue on someone insistantly guarding a planet... but i've never seen negative hacks continue
