Obviation Grid

 Anyone know if a Obviation Grid can be built on a level 4 base? Just wanting to know. Our base is rank 3 and we only need to get 204CTP to level it up and i was going to build 2 Obviation Grids but i dont know if i can on a level 4 base.

Also keep in mind that the daily upkeep of the base would have increased by five-hundred-million credits per day.
