2-4 tech parts isnt realy worth it. got 3 and nearly have 4th, however no room on ship yet

Even if it was 38 tech parts. i wouldn't scrap them. Not worth it at all. It's just a base. A base doesn't do all that much.

npc drops are repeatable...these, you are only ever gonna get 4. the +60 invasion buff means they're worth it

Scan = Need ANYTHING to max out scan. In total we can get 100 above 12,000K and more if more Scan Modules are added. Invasion atk is just bonus
