This may be a bit of an oversight on my part, but I only just noticed the "Friend Owned" message, on any planets owned by someone on your friend list.
Could this either be relocated so it is a bit more noticeable, changed to say it when you hover over the owners name or (and I know this is going to get flack) have the attack button greyed out on planets owned by people on your friend list?

Saves inadvertent planet steals of friends planets, especially if they have changed their name...

Agreed, the invade button should be greyed out or at least give a confirmation box when it comes to a friend's planet

I completely disagree.
If you don't actually know who your "friends" are and manage to miss the big "Friend Occupied" text, then I think it's a case of too bad, so sad... you should have to deal with some hurt feelings from your friends for not noticing.
