 Flux Probe Tracer Mod or new arti

Familiar fact pattern:
We use tracers to figure out who has a planet on their scans. You get X players. You may recognize one or two but odds are most are players you have no clue of. You can determine via a spy probe governance if the current player is active or not.

I'd like to see a new arti or a modification to the tracer if Dan is willing that would let you know if other players who have it on scan are active.

Would make things simpler. I'd think it should be a new arti as technically if the tracer is modified it largely eliminates the purpose of the governance spy probe.

Benefit - well for the guy who's snagging a great planet it lets him know if he really needs a hard flux or if he can use a temporal orb.

This would help mostly the lower ranks I'm thinking as the truly great planets tend to get hard fluxed anyway on capture.

If he gave the legion name with the tracer, that would do about 1/2 of what you want...
