So galaxy legion dissapeared from my games tab and every time i type it in at the search bar i go on it but i get redireected to another site nothing to do with galaxy legion PLEASE FIX THIS

Yes i did but i left that one when i found out that it wasnt allowed

1) i didnt realise until someone said that its wrong to have a alt
2)Stopped useing it straight away when they said
3) Just spent £25 on gp so thats tight
4) I love this game and havent broken any other rules people dont ban hammer like that

Now I am not saying I agree with the Alt rules, but just to play devils advocate here:
1) Does ignorance of a rule make it okay to break it? If I didn't know a law in a country and I broke it, I would still expect to be punished.
2) Stopping using it doesn't change the fact you were breaking the rules. If I had an alt to rank 1000 but then stopped using it, I would get massive bonuses from it, but could then say "Oh I stopped using it, so all is cool".
3) £25... People spend a LOT more that. Being a GP warrior should not excuse rule breaking.
4) Everyone loves the game, we wouldn't play if we didn't, but yeah, people get ban hammered for less...

Again I am not saying I agree with the Alt rules, or even with all the points I made but I felt I should point out some of the possible counter arguments to your arguments.

you seem like a very new player, so I'm not exactly sure what Dan was thinking with the massive banhammer~

@Dan, could you add something to the tutorial to point out that having multiple accounts is something that will get you banned~

Just so you know I experienced an issue with FBCONNECT login - for entire day

somehow the facebook connect didn't know who I was(tried two different computers too) - so I couldnt log in that way
The other problem was I could never sign in with my registered account (from the start) - I eventually got it up months later with FBconnect

Somehow i fixed my login by resetting my password
that got me a new password - and I was able to login with the my Galaxy legion Username and new password - rather than my Email(which was my original signin)

So I can now log in without FBconnect

I also got my accounts banned, i love the game, is it possible i can still play the game? I wont make other alts, i believe this is a great game which i want to be part of it.

I got banned a while ago without reason. Never got to play after my getting banned. Wasn't even told why.

Seems in every online game people always get banned for no reason

Note to self: Dan checks for alts now; sons will not eventually start play GL with me.

My vote, for what it's worth, is to let these alt abusers come back. They didn't know, or maybe they're just saying that, but have a heart Dan. This type of "cheating" is not on the same level as someone who hacks into the mechanics of the game, injects their own logic into the code, or knowingly exploits a data race condition. Those are bannable offenses. Stuff like using 2 different devices or 2 different accounts is still bad, but I think there needs to be tiers of punishment instead of permabans on the spot. At least let them state their case, beg for mercy, etc.

What if 2 different people in the same household both play on the same computer? That's plausible enough, right? Or what if I leave my laptop open while I go to the bathroom it and decide I can't afford to stop defending a planet in the process, so I use my cell phone while I'm pinching a loaf?

Also, adding in a bit into the tutorial would be an excellent idea. Or maybe even having reading the ToS be a completable mission at levels 10 and levels 100(for a bit of a reminder). No energy spent, an hours resources gained as a reward.
