It's not that he can't watch over a friend/relative when they're playing, it's that he's either been using multiple accounts to his own advantage, or his friends/relatives have been mistaken for multiple accounts, that were being used to his own advantage.

I really think the Terms of Service should be changed to "one account per person per household", because that's essentially how it is enforced.

Which is total BS! i know a few people who legitimately play their separate GL's in the same house hold.

so his wife and kids can play but he can't ? bummer.
