-Defense is very poor, that needs to be raised, should be double if not more. -Your artifact should be about double what it is currently.
You have not given enough information to comment on any more (modules, goals, etc.).

Suggestions since you want a pvp ship ( in no particular order, just as they came to mind ) 1. do the Mylarai chain 2. get the DOM upgrades ( and yes by associate, get the rest of the DOM III cannons ) 3. research the Collective Theory Lab

Because the light versions have less attack:deck ratio than the heavy versions, because if you are getting the heavy versions, it's just a waste of money to buy the light and medium versions, because you just don't but the light versions, and most importantly because the heavy ones always look cooler than the light ones, and that is all that matters.

Topherousenator wrote: Because the light versions have less attack:deck ratio than the heavy versions, In the same way that heavies of the previous type have less attack:deck. The ratio always increases up the tiers, so this argument only has weight if you advocate skipping cannons altogether until Heavy Quasis. Topherousenator wrote: because if you are getting the heavy versions, it's just a waste of money to buy the light and medium versions, Waste of money is a subjective evaluation, but even accepting that it can be quantified, what if someone only ever buys lights? Or only buys every 4th (light x -> medium y -> heavy z)? Or only upgrades cannons once a year during the cicada emergence? Topherousenator wrote: because you just don't but the light versions, All the cool kids are buting lights now. Dropping back to Heavy Null Rays will save you a lot of money for an almost unnoticable attack drop. In fact, by the time you get there Heavy Nulls <=> Heavy Thetas isn't all that noticeable either. Nor Heavy Thetas <=> Heavy Quasis. Heavy Nulls <=> Heavy Quasis is noticeable.

For comparison here are my stats in red. Also I thought I would add that I'm an Aerlen (+30% Defence) Hacker. I have no mission planets and also I don't spend GP. I mainly do missions and NPCing myself. Currently been concentrating on +12 structures mysteryfonzie wrote: Rank:219 237 Hull:12375 5250 Attack:5555 2078 Defense:1514 3331 Scan:106 66 Cloak:252 270 Deck:1018/1020 1370/1370

When i was a low rank i only bought light versions. It was the biggest jump in the stat that i wanted. ex: Light antiproton = 228 atk, med is +11 and heavy is + 11 Light null is +24 med is + 13 and heavy is +13 With every researched item the biggest jump is from heavy to light. I think you should only buy light versions atleast till you get to the point that you don't want to buy anything better.
