I am a level 180 Kronyn Builder looking for a new legion to join as mine has 2 people it in including me. I am looking for a level 5+ base with either research or artifact production. I would like a legion who posts multiple elites (as I have had none), posts planets, provides ship advice, and has enough people to give my planets a substantial attack and defense increase. Any suggestions?

Yes I have considered Icarium's Fate. I have looked over the legion form and the game and compiled a list of potential legions that both meet my requirement and I meet theirs. It includes: The Dark Justice, We Don't Exist, The Weeping Angels, Icarium's Fate, Triton Vanguard, Earth's Militant Pirates, and The With Acolytes. If I can, I would prefer not to be in a sister or feeder legion because last time I was in one it collapsed leaving me without a legion.

CHeck out Marauders Of The Cove. L6 arti base with CT Lab, daily base locks, legion missions, Elites posted daily, etc. We do have sister legions, but we are not a feeder legion. Check us out!

We are at 56/60 members now, but 2 are on tour and will be back soon for 58/60. Plenty of planet bonuses there.

The Diamond Lance has a Level 6 base, tons of elites, especially every time we spawn a new legion mission, and base battles, and we work hard to keep those going! Plenty of advice and support and lots of bacon!

Give Steel Talons a try. We have a level 5 research/arti base with CT lab. Plenty of elite npcs and base scans.

Anomaly Elite would like to have you with us. level 5 research base providing a bit of arti, well upgraded base.

Also a rolling battle pact with 3 other Legions targeting Weak lev 3-5 bases for them silvers and with regards to sister/training Legions, no-one leaves to move up unless 'they' want to.
