hey guys just acheived my goal that i wanted to acheive for rank 100ish so ya and now i dont know where to go from here. im thinking to start doing missions that give usefull ship mods and keep pvping anyone want to guide me or show me some different options/paths? plus any advice on how to improve my ship would be greatly appreciated. here are my new stats      any advice, comments, etc... are welcome Note* (second pic doesnt work) Mineral per h=1693 Artifact per h=979 I am currently putting all my rank points into tacs and helmsmen 2:3 and Prisoners into tacs and helmsmen 2:1 (when i get 2 prisoners it becomes 3:3)

Ello snap, I think you were in the RBHL with me. Firstly, your artifact production needs to go up. Some throw around the figure that your arti production should be 50x your rank, but that's nonsense, unless you burn tons of GP and have tons of generous legion members feeding you marvelous artfact planets. But you need to find some artifact planets to colonize, asap. Be sure to spend no rank points on decks, spend it 4:1 or 3:2 tactical officers to engineers. Your mining production doesn't need to grow anymore for awhile.

Hey, thanks for replying, and ya i think we were lol. ok i need to work on my arti production but do i need to stop spending rank points on deck right now? i barely get any rescued prisoners or ship bots maybe like 2-4 times a week (i get 50kish ap from base). Cause i need the decks to fit more weapon/hull/def in

Posting your stats might help too. The Auto-phaser can be removed to make space for other things, as well as the megapulser. You need your other two proteans asap, and try to replace the zolazin jammers with cipherbots or something. At the end of the day, it is up to you how much you want to increase your decks. Decide whether you want to add space for another module, or only add enough space for upgrades of existing researched modules. Find out how much attack power makes killing comfortable for you. When I told you not to use rank points towards your decks, I was under the impression that you have enough ship-bots...if you can't add more modules without having to add more decks, then try to remove the less statboost/deckspace efficient modules for more efficient ones. You could sacrifice a heavy antiproton and the auto phaser to add on 3 dominion III cannons (as you will be hitting rank 100 soon).

and alright will try to do all that Def is looking good, but your hull is a bit low for a big ship build, try to get your proteans and stick one more researched hull module on.
For comparison, I'm a ssb a bit lower than you in rank, but with similar hull + shields. I'll try to dig up some stats from a couple ranks back when I was attacking an average big ship and the damage cap tipped the battle in my favor despite his high def.
Go scanning for artifact planets. It's one of the advantages of your ship build. 50x the rank is not reasonable for most ships, but aim for at least 20x. Overall, good work and I look forward to seeing you again on my BT >:)

doing real good, but youre amount of deaths for youre rank is a BIT worrying..
go for the 5 platings of neutronium, otherwise looking quite good.

Being as you are in the same legion, Icarium and I could have told you this awhile ago....and we may have so excuse the repitition if so  #1. No more RP into decks, but instead apply to Tactical Officers and Engineers (Personally I only fly around with ~700 energy and that is more than enough to do what I want to do) Shoot for 500 TOs and then re-evaluate. #2. Get 3 more Dark thrusters as soon as you can (You can remove the Megapulser and Jammers for space) Only use the Jammers if you are actively hacking and only until you have enough blues to get a cipher bot, then just use that if you want to hack. #3. This is probably the most important in terms of ship mods, but get the other 2 proteans. You may have to fish for yellows, but the sooner you get those the better. They are by far one of the best badge items especially for our rank. #4. I wouldn't colonize anything but arti planets until I had at least 2k/hr (preferrably more as you can NEVER have enough arti) That should be a good start and hopefully get you where you want to be. Your mining is almost double mine and I could comfortably handle your current upkeep without much effort so that should last you a good while before you need to find another mining planet. Your research tree is nicely progressing so not much advice there. Once you've gotten those first 4 suggestions accomplished then we can reevaluate and see where to go from there.

I think snap might have just been having weird luck pulling android helmsman all the time. kind of like I went a whole month without getting fewer than 3 android scientists a day at AP/h around 2.5k.
And snap we were in the RBHL together for a while, back when DrDoom and Jimjimtata were there.

I think you should put some rank points into engineers and tactical officers, but especially engineers until you can put all your 4 transconduit on without having to install a core. That's pretty nice since it lets you have a nice energy recharge while having almost the same stats as when you don't have your 4 relays on
