I'm the last one in an L3 legion (Dark Armada) and would like to give it away. It's almost L4, just needs about 1800 more complex tech parts.

Why not get the answer yourself, go to your legion tab, then the search legion button, then go to the search bar and type in Dark Armada

If there is no one there, then you can assume no one took it, and then you can congratulate yourself for taking the time to find out an answer to a question yourself, instead of asking others to do it for you

I have made the attempt to join, but for some reason, unknown to mankind, I was not accepted. It says that it's pending, but I was never allowed to take the legion!

Kind of hard for a legion to accept you without members...

Yeah, I'm not so sure "Giving Away" makes much sense.

Ah, I believe I understand the concept now. By my understanding, if I join, I will be accepted....? And then the other player will leave the legion?

Only long after did you reply, possibly explaining why it's gone. People can ask Dan to remove them from a legion, otherwise, this person may have been banned.
