Hack somebody with a firewall trap on, once the traps effects are on your ship use a pyramid and start hacking till you get a critical one.

just look for WEBGUYDAN, hes got a green name, not saying youll get a response to the question, if you dont hear back in a couple days, dont expect an answer. hes usually quite prompt if he is going to answer.
