I lost about 25 planets, including my best arti planets, not that long ago. Working on building it back up.

change sheilds for hull as more space efficient, i'd get that def up, i am nearly 2k ahead of you and am about 10 ranks below with about same attack, productions should all go up but with 25 planets lost recently i can understand them, nice scan (perhaps why def is low?), could research next 2 def module tiers or all 3 others... Rest all depends on your playstyle and your aims so good luck out there!
