What are stats at rank 1?

I need to find out how much decks I need to make up for my current rank.

hell I don't remember its low tho like 20 decks or so small tiny miniscule even

What about other stats? Does beginner gave a free 5 rank points to use on his ship?

I created a new Facebook account to get a look at the stats. Here is the stats I found (carefully avoided race and professional bonuses):

Rank 1 (based on Human Miner)
20 Decks
50 Cargo spaces
80 Engineers
5 Tactical Officers
5 Helmsmen
10 Scientists

With the stats I found, I able to figure out how many decks I needed to put in my ship. Hulls and Shield are at 100 by default unless artifacts adding more points permanently.

P.S. The new FB account is deactivated, so I don't have to be bothered with extra GL account.

Or be bothered with getting booted for multi-accounting...

Good job getting that answer though. While not very useful for a vast majority of the people on the boards, any knowledge is a good thing IMHO.
