 footballs and bane ally ranking issues. DAN RESPOND PLEASE

Dan you NEED to get this under control, sooner rather then later.

here's the issue, i steal planets in the intended manner and try to retain control of them, so imagining a 75% invasion rate, I'm going to NEED 400 ranks on top of my current nearly 700, and 125 days, that puts me quite a ways up there in terms of play time, ship strength(theoretically) and certainly in invasion costs (running at 8 billion now)

now player b comes along who likes to cheat, and they use footballs, so they rank up their bane ally 110 days, because they have a guaranteed 90% chance on the undefended football, and if the slow rank, maybe 30-50 ranks, with minimal true increase in invasion costs.

can you see how this is going to be an issue now?
you need to review how invasions are counted for badges and allies.
one green and one ally rank per planet EVER, is the only true solution, anyone who loses a planet and they truly want it back, they aren't the ones who are concerned about getting green badges.
people shuffling footballs around are getting easy greens and gaining ally ranks for free.

you should also remove the rule where you don't gain a second green if you steal from the same player in a week, if i have a serious hate on for someone I'm going to steal it regardless, true, but there's no reason i shouldn't be rewarded for doing so.

Dan can't change it as too many players have already benefited from using football planets. You might as well embrace it.

time nor number of people matter little when it comes to fixing issues.

Dan introduced a fix to a long standing issue with exotica, and lots of people benefited from that.

The planet you take needs to recently scanned, iirc once you take a planet, and wait out the invasion timer it won't be on your recently scanned list. It's highly probable but I don't think there are over 100 active footballs in play anyways.

Ask the football to be alerted, take it ,wait , when you loose it purge it, wait for the same football to be alerted again and invade. Repeat process.

So for 100 days one person has no invasions of anything useful, and someone else has 100 days of not being able to alert anything....

billik, 10 people passing a 2 footballs around, can get the ranks on the ally QUICKLY. there are many more then a few footballs out there.
as for the alerter... yeah they lose out on HALF their alerts, but how many people can benefit from ONE alert is determined by how many people WANT to cheat and use the football. one alert can go a long ways in 12 hours.

To remind you this is all for 10% more invasion attack, if you're really that scared of losing your planets 100 days should be sufficient to cloak your planets to invisibility to avoid the noobs stealing them from you

10% to me billik is an extra 3K.. in 100 days, that should be more like 5 or 6K. more if i upgrade my weapons.
and 100 days is no where near enough time to cloak my 120 artifact planets.. and the 100 more im going to be stealing for the bane ranks.

The last thing we need right now is more invasion attack. Sheesh, I don't even know where to begin. Defenses should be the planet priority.
