 Locking Artifacts

we can already lock minerals, and it has been suggested we lock modules, but what can be mote necessary then locking rare artifacts. Planet fluxes are scrappable, trimatrix emblems are scrappable, even some artifacts i find rather useful are too easy to get rid of like RSL implants and neural interfaces. i would like the option to lock these artifacts the same as i would lock a mineral so that i could not sell them on accident.

Definitely a good idea Vek. The thing i find interesting is you can't scrap an Ecube, but you can a trimat... WTH?
