Hey peeps,
Just spreading the word for a legion mate who ran into these guys. Warn your low rank guys not to engage their low rank guys. They share everybody and then hide behind the high rank ships. They clear their comms so there is no proof of anything and they will zero your lowbies just for fun because they can.
They also don't keep their word either. Told my legion mate to stop, and he will be left alone. Only to be shared and farmed anyways.
Good luck. Avoid like the plague. Will save you a tonne of grief.

I ran into them yesterday when they went after my planet but i raised my defense and removed 2 thing and was able to defend my planet with raised defense and alerting the legion.

Speaking as one of those high ranked ships you seem to think people hide behind. I DO NOT!!!!! Typically hit alerted players that are below rank 350. (personal choice here).
We DO NOT farm low ranked players for fun. The way you get alerted in our legion is if you multi (hack raid disable) any member of our legion for a simply Badge hit. Noone that has been alerted (that I am aware of) is innocent of a thing. Our alerts all state what the offender did. If you take a planet be prepared to pay for it. If you arti spam a member be prepared to pay for it.
If our member starts the fight all that is needed is a quick message to a leader and it will be dealt with.

I'm not saying it happened here - it's quite possible the topic creator's friend mistakenly double hacked someone or some such - I've had people lie when alerting me to their legions and such, telling them that I multihacked them and such. _________________

Beware of every legion. As every legion can make your day if they put their mind into it. The Council of Mages had young pilgrims at it's door. Many had a thousand victory when they entered the Circle They had been found unworthy. Sages chose to look for warrior souls. Since then, they are not acolytes anymore and are fulfilling their destiny.  There is no such thing as a low level player, it's the heart which drives the ship.
