How about making the planet transformer missions repeatable. it would be slow, but eventually it would turn a barren into a terra using the artifacts.

No, too many people with paid for dysons,exotics, gaias, ect. IMO there should only be a certain amount of these in the game per player and if you want more you should have to fight for them.

Good thought. I respect your idea, but I still would like this. maybe let the person complete the cycle every 20 levels or so. You see, there is the chance that the person gets 10 hypers. (Albeit low) Maybe make terraformers and quads rarer for it. I dunno I still want more than 1 hyper terraformers.

I dont think you realize how rare terraformers are, I dont belive you can even get them from AP anymore (anyone want to prove me wrong go ahead, but either way they're in he .0001%s). The only people who would be able to use this to it's full potential would be CCers, and this on combination with the new automatic defenses that are going to be placed on planets gained through these means would make the gap between CCers and non-payers even larger. Putting a rank limit on it would just amke people rank more, rather then stopping people.

Eventually the galaxy would be nothing but Dysons, Gaias and ME's. Takes a good bit of the strategy out of the game. Right now everybody has to find an effective balance for their M/A/R to suit their individual playing styles. Take that out and it becomes an Easter morning sugar rush. Anybody with kids will tell you that's a bad thing for everyone involved.

I knew that dysons and gaia were long shots. I still Hate the fact that I have a luck curse or something. I touch a die and I roll bad numbers. I take a risk and lose it all. I guess I can fight for them dysons and Gaias but the Lucky butts get multiples. I guess I will let this run for a week and if I get more negative responses I will give up.

But everybody? Nah. Don't give up on an idea because 1 or 2 people say no. Perhaps an in-depth discussion of the idea can still generate a positive change.

There's another hot topic concerning Dysons and such going on right now about making them off limits to invasion. You might want to check it out. Like I said before, don't get down if this doesn't pan out. It seems that Dan takes kernels of ideas from various sources and tweaks them for game balance. Never know, something could still come of this.
