 What do these guys drop? And how long does the event last, does anyone know?

Don't know how long the event last but it drops this:

It will probably last a week since next Wednesday is Thanksgiving. As for the item it's good as far as the NPC is un-common. If it's rare... Well, we'll probably see one or two. If any : )

ya sorry it is a Standard / Uncommon, and a matched enemy type.

Don't feel too bad. I killed 20+ NPCs today and haven't seen one. I got a lot of nice stuff (terraformer, toxic mine thing, rescued prisoners, etc) but no T.O. Harvesters!

You will get them at some point I have killed 17 now I think. I had 2 Sha'din Penetrators over two days over 50 or more cleared NPC's. Not counting in the "natural" resets. Even my trapper friends refuse to show up. Someone jinxed me !
