We are looking for members, our base is lvl 5 and it pays 8-20k research per member per day, we have a CTL with 7 discoveries we have 13 spots open so plenty of people can join, we are also looking for any active legions to merge with us. We get a bunch of NPC's from the Lazuli Factory Complex right through to Graxis Stryll Prison daily,we share planets also if u need any we won't mind giving u some. Youre definitely welcome at the Terranian Armada we have a level 5 base with majo research production and a it of arti and we also are very active. Or you culd join our rapidly growing sister legion, the Radiance. Theyve gotten 13 members and are 4k energy away from level 3 base in just over a week.

Give the Citadel a shot, we just reached a level 5 base and it took us 2 months, it's mainly RP getting about 17k a day and we have lots of NPC alerts everyday

The Progress Engine has:
- a level 5 base
- a CTP lab with 5 discoveries
- active bases daily
- Daily elite / bosses
- Shares planets
- Has a balance of PvP players and non PvP players
- Has 8 Battle Pacts
- Has a facebook page

We have the strongest lvl 5 base out there giving equal amount of artifacts to all members all the time...

We're professional NPC'ers so there are dozens of NPC's alerted all the time, we're doing 3 bases a day and on the weekends we're doing lvl 5 bases with our battle group (soon gonna do 1 lvl 5 per day)

The legion have numerous CT labs discoveries including the Demon planet maker and the Plasma planet maker (and you can always visit the alliance legions for things we don't have)

We're part of the Stormkyn Alliance group so you'll always have backup/any help you need...

And.... we have beer

I have three legions that i wouldnt mind u joining Flood,Delta Surfers, Or the Radiance!

preferably the Radiance level 3 base in less than a week and we give out research and artifact points

I'd say either Delta, 'cause their tons of fun, Storms Torment for NPC'ing, and Galactic Explorers for high-level support.
