Progress Engine and our new level 5 base!

 2-1-12: [01:26] Progression Engine has reached level 5!
We at Progress Engine are very excited about our recent achievement and would like to share some great resource production with a couple new members. We currently have 44 members in our legion and have room for a couple more! Our base distributes Research on an equal basis Mon-Fri and on a % basis on Sat-Sun. We have plenty of high-ranking players (for Elite shares, etc.) and we average 2 base disables/day. For higher level players we also have a CT lab and have the following discoveries: Domain Walker Planet Structure - Size:1, Attack:600, Defense:600 (Limit 2 per planet) Recondite Intruder Sabotages the system of a NPC, reducing its defense by 25%, can be used on elites and bosses. Lasts 12 hours. Isolation Bureau Planet Structure - Size:2, All Resources:1, Cloak:200 All bonuses double if built on a planet that only YOU have scanned (limit 1 per planet) HyperSensor Satellite Planet Structure - Size:2, Artifact:2, Research:2 (Limit 1 per planet) Polychoron Vault Planet Structure - Size:1, Increases mineral, artifact, and research production capacities by 1000 units.(limit 1 per planet) We have a FB page for organization/trading which is http://www.facebook.com/groups/211199278932507/ We would love to have you join us today! We are very happy to announce our new production values! We replaced those rusty +50 Research Builds with shiny new +75 Sentience Cores and have increased our daily production by 2.5x!

No, we have been accepting any level. Lower levels benefit a great deal from the almost 30k daily research output, and we know that one day they'll get big enough to be a benefit back to the legion.
