 Disabled the NPC " Sha'din Ambusher " but only received the 40 Experience points and did NOT receive the Rescued Prisoners NOR the 3 Rank Points award.

That happens you only get the reward from that some times.

It is an Uncommon NPC, so perhaps its a Software Bug that requires attention or some Control Freak Hacker getting into the game, as it appears that transpired to Social Gold. and the 3 rank points comes from the rescued prisoners, not the NPC.

Sha'din Ambusher is an uncommon NPC, and only occasionally awards the Rescued Prisoners artifact.
