Research Idea - Repair timer.

It would be pleasant to have something like repair timer reducing research, so basicly default repair timer is as is it now, 5 minutes, and lowest with max research around 2.5-3 minutes and having like 10 tiers to research to max.

Or better yet, how about a ship construction tier.
You can research modules that effect ship building/repair such as...
- Reduce the cost to build a modules by a certain percentage - Another module could lower maintenance costs. - Another could speed up the repair timer. - Another module could reduce the number of minerals needed for a modul - Their could be a module that reduces damage done to modules from overloads and so on.
