seeds aren't tradable...

they'd have to take the planet (costs their current invasion or colonization cost)
use the seed (= 1 QSE that can push beyond very massive and 2 terraformers that can push beyond 15x)
then abandon (another 5 GP)


AS A REFERENCE POINT for pricing a gaia seed...
colonization credits = (current # planets * 10) ^ 3
and 50+36+36+5 GP = 127 GP (which really doesn't make up for the fact that the gaia seed can push beyond QSE and terraformer limits)

keep in mind different people have different ideas of how much 127 GP is worth to them in the form of CTP/Ku/EM, so in the end prices may vary greatly
(personally, i'd probably just ask for 4 QSE's... assuming they're even tradeable)

ok, so you're chopping off 5 GP, at the chance of a 90% invasion failure streak of who knows how many days

not to mention the receiver of the new gaia planet might not want to leave his legion to invade... he might not want to lose legion loyalty
