The legion called Cz Sk Legion is really annoying me. they are all lvl 52-53 and they have literally no attack and everytime its a succesful raid. at first i enjoyed getting a few of tehm in my battle tab. but now my battle tab is getting filled with that legion and i cant do anything to get rid of them as they have been disabled all teh max times already. its becoming an issue where i cannot attack any decent ppl in my battle tab because its full of this legion. its easy toi tell tehre multi boxing

Send an in-game report. I looked at the legion and have to say it does look a bit "suspicious" given the common ranks and professions plus the similarities in the ship names.

....have you tried adjusting the amount of scan on your ship? changing the amount of scan will move a few players onto your battle tab, replacing some that are currently there

Following on from Lycan's point above, you don't even need to make large changes to your scan. Simply installing or uninstalling one Proximity Sensor should make a difference at your level. Try it. If it doesn't work, try doing it with a better Scanner.
