I think this was mentioned but search and scanning the last 11 pages in this, I couldn't find it.

It would be great if there was a free com on this where we could chat about the battle, leave notes for one another, etc.

Example, I just got a Sketh, Stryll Predator, my 6th one (the only extremely rare I've gotten). I have two of the scanners, I don't plan to fight it much more than to help those who want to fight it. I would love to leave a message as such so people come to battle, they don't think it is being ignored (well, it is but with reason).

The other thing that would be nice is if you could give a pre-alert to people. A message that would only be sent to those that will get the alert when you make it. An example: "I will be sending an alert in about 2 hours for a 'type of ship'. Start saving your energy now and there will be artifacts already used on it."

Right now, it is hard to coordinate among NPC fighters.

A more robust communication system is planned along with the new Legion features, or very soon after.

Great! I wait with bated breath! I hope we don't have to revisit this after the update!
