Bug in the recording of attack?

 I have found a bug, yes its a small one but its been slowly building up and will start to effect my game

We think there is an issue with the calculation of the Modulated Xecti Disruptor. We'll be checking on that this week.

I'd just reported this myself when I saw the thread. It definately seems to be since I got the Xecti Modulated Disruptors.

I unstalled it, and it went to normal.
I added a rank point, and gained 3 tactical officers. yeah , the xecti bonuses sometimes not dobled .. I already report dan before . but didnt know he read or not
