As this will be my first sale as a planet trader, I thought i'd start with a smaller more modest sale. There will be more up for sale in a couple of months.

As an additional note, this is my first planet sale and the planet is going for a value lower than it should be so I'd like to quickly explain why.
Yes I'm a new prospective trader and as such this will be serving as both a valuable lesson in how to sell a planet at a proper value and it will show future buyers of my planets what I'll be offering. So any advice is as always immensely appreciated.

The Reason I won't ever be charging to come to you is that i'll be bulk selling anywhere from 2-5 planets at a time and i'll be timing my trips all at the same time. This means I won't necessarily be needing compensation, of which i'd feel compensated enough to simply meet new players and new contacts for future sales but I am of the belief that it is more important for the seller to show a more personal touch in their sales, now that's just a personal belief I hold myself to.
Also the YCTM will be a discount of 500 CTP - 1k CTP, this will encourage the buyer to come to me and as such (seen from reverse) be a profit of 500 - 1000 CTP, which is the usual cost of travel in sales, kept by them.

Lastly as I said earlier this will show you all exactly what standard of sales I'll be offering, all will be fluxed before sale, I will always be ready to purge or let them place a Tejiar Ally HQ on before I purge, I'll rarely sell anything less than M or VM in size and they'll all be maxed 15x - 20xMR. And yes they'll all come RT'd and potentially with a passive production effect added (assuming I haven't run out). I will sell planets with an analyse effect active, but for the most part i would have analysed pre-sale.

All advice is, as I said earlier, immensely appreciated. So take advantage of a very well priced, IMO, sale and in a few months I'll have a few more ready for purchase.
