Wouldnt be surprised if you got 20-30 range for the right buyer (maybe). The large moons are nice and you have already gotten it to 17x.

The down side is it will never be 'more than 20x and Very massive. The long term buyers want the potential to have it colossal -this is a biggie. Also couldn't hurt your sell to add more passive cloak to it. A prebuilt planet with max passive cloak is icing to the sale.

17.5k (lowball) to 25k (slight high ball) Id say. You wont see much extreme high ball bids, since people who would are probably saving the ctp for projects that still have the transformation potential to be 22x C or 22x MC.
