To make clear, this person greatly overreacted to a badge and Medal hit. To avoid a prolonged discussion on grounds for alerting (which has already been discussed many times in more relevant places) I won't give the specifics. Just know that I wouldn't do this for a simple retal.

You do realize you would have to get him to do something to you AFTER joining a legion so you can alert him right? You can only alert people if the do something within the last 24 hours and there is the 24 hour no-alert cooldown upon joining a new legion.

I thought it was if they were in your battle log... well, in any case they're highly likely to respond to any action against them so it shouldn't be an issue. If they don't get alerted, then you don't pay, simple as.

Nope, only actions within the last 24 hours are alertable. I just wanted to make sure you were aware of that. Hate to see anyone lose loyalty for something they end up not being able to do.

A good zeroing of their hacks tends to earn retaliation. Just hope he doesn't realize what's going on.

Timer Resets once you leave the legion, unless you've been legionless for 24hours you can alert it right away.
