I'm planning ahead to see what or if there is still a demand for this. I have a plan in my head on how it will go. tempted to swap to Lazuli Biologist myself and do the same thing, this and the one your doing is the only 2 races and proffs i need for the medals now

What rank are you? Im pretty sure my legion needs this too...but Im not sure if Id be able to raid you, would you uninstall ship mods so that lower ranks could get the disable too?

if i was to do it i would ether UN-install mods or do some npcing 1st and say via legion officer comm when on min hull for the next disable or maybe even both if theres a queue of a few members wanting to badge / medal from me

Im still confused on how exactly you plan on finding people (or them finding you) on the BT.
The only thing i can think of is if you have their planets on scan, or if they have yours..

The way you do it is by going to their legion and trading a planet so they can target you after you leave

what is the going rate? i've been looking for a xecti governor since the medals were first introduced. they are quite rare i have noticed.
