Actually people do, because plasma's are unlimited and easyish at high rank to make then they get an extra space out of a very massive 15x arti world. If it was 17x we'd know it was research but it's not, and however unlikely it could apply to mining as well. It's actually more likely it's an arti world, cause who'd plasma a planet at 13x if they could get it that far why not take it up to 15x. If they bought it then wait for a couple of data optimizers right? |

If they bought it then wait for a couple of data optimizers right? Its a research plasma, invaded it at extremely rich at an early rank(around 200) and used data optimizers to make it 15x. Yes you can bid in kur if you so wish. 13:1 is the kur:ctp ratio i will employ. |
