Shield Amp swap for TMs

 I give you 55 shield amps, you give me 40 TMs.

TMs are worth more than Shield Amps. That could be your problem.

9-10 for TMS, 6-7 for Amps, off the top of my head.

i see 5-6 for shield amps, so a 2:1 shield amp:TM ratio is probably needed to get any interest.

TMs are at 8-9, and Amps 6-7.
