Ice Melter's are Limited, and it's definitely not worth a VL VR Icy for it. If you're going to offer, offer without letting someone lose. |

I have a VL Icy Rich Artifact planet, enemy owned with attack and defence both <500. I'll share for 1k CTP and you can pick it up immediately, whatever suits. |
