either one of you go to the other person's legion, you alert an uncolonized terra (or abandon one with a decent amount of artifact richness) and he takes it and uses the gaia seed on it. he can then abandon or leaves the legion and you invade it back.

just so everyone is on the same page here, that 2k ctp is more than what i see most nice planets go for in the Ku equivalent in credits is about 30 bill.......
The gaia seeds are cool, and limited and all, but having a gaia seed doesnt make the planet awesome, Taletherian does, sorry if i rained on your picnic.

Seeing as you starting price is basically the end price you are looking for, might want to drop it a bit so that people will actually start bidding prices that might be reasonable to you.
