How do you plan on trading these items?
Toxic Purifiers and Planet data optimizers are non tradeable, and therefore can't be sendt.
The only way to get those artifacts is by NPC killing, so all i have to say is: good luck on your NPC run

are the items made for use on artifact planets, or are you trading them in return for artifact planets if youre looking for any planets check my list, i have more to be listed from a friends account too, im putting them up soon |
