My Hyper Logistics level 3 will be completed in the next week and I will be heading out on my own to try building my own base from scratch. Before I settle into my new legion, I would be willing to visit a few other legion bases and help with their upgrades, as long as materials are provided and fair, negotiated terms are met. Please PM me with offers. Or post them here. Both work.

After going through Jen's list, figured I'd let people know that I am fully researched in ALL trees. So I can fix up weapons, arrays, shields, hulls as well as productions. Level of overhaul ability does depend on level of bases though. And I'll happily work out estimates on desired base specs before starting on fixing it up. My price is still the same no matter what work I do, but does not include cost of materials. Oh, and if you have a level 4 base and want upgrades, I'll do them for material cost alone. Because I'm nice and all that.

if only i could get 1.6mil energy in time to make it a lvl 6 for some sweet upgrades  at 10-1 CTP for energy thats still 160k CTP
