Paying well for upgraded Aphotic or Ecumenopolis planet, I dont mind it being an enemy planet as long as it doesn't have more than 6.5k combined att/def, though even then it can be arranged... As for why I want an upgraded of those two planets:
1) I'm not quite sane
2) they look pretty
3) I'm a bit of a masochist
4) I'm a collector of planets
5) cause I said so
