I can build material transporter and am offering to build them on your base for ctp or artifact planets. I'll be able to build sentience core (+75 research) within a couple weeks.

Just as a note to this post, im pretty sure the base has to be a lv 4... just so you don't end up going out of legion for no reason.

I'm willing to fight for a planet, so long as it's combined attack and defense is 6.5k or less, after legion bonus and debuffs.

I looked on the wiki and saw that the minimum base level required for +75 structures is level 5.
