Here's how it works: I come to your legion, you share an unoccupied toxic, and I uplift it with purifiers to 15 or 16x, depending on the initial mining level. After I get paid, I'll leave the legion and you can invade at your leisure. The price of this service is 2500 CTP, 1500 of which MUST be in CTP (the other 1000 CTP value can be paid in the equivalent amount of kurenite or EM) If you are interested, shoot me a PM with your IGN, your legion name, and how you will be paying for the toxic. I've still got a Gaia seed of my own, and I don't have any terras that would be good candidates for such a proposal at the moment.
