Binaryman says that he needs 600 NI's.
I go out and buy the NI's at the current market price (agreed upon during the order).
I turn around and sell them to Binaryman + an agreed upon % commission.

600*5ctp= 3000ctp
3000ctp/20+3000ctp for 5% commission.
Total price, 3150

As the difficulty of finding the artifacts or planets increases, the commission price does accordingly.
