If the player alerts his own planet it works but you always risk the chance the invasion will fail It can happen

Since the [buyer] colonized the planet at least once before, the planet location is permanantly saved in the [buyer]'s database. Therefore if he alerted the planet to you, then if he [buyer] leaves, he can invade the planet he alerted which would be a 17x plasma
