Is there already or could some one help me build a reliable pricing guide for selling planets.

Im trying real hard to be fair, but people offer me what I think is too low for my best planets, maybe its just 'my precious' syndrome.

A consensus on planets worth would help us all i think.

Any and all opinions will be appreciated.

If I can gather enough info or valued opinions I will creatre some sort of sticky (hopefully) pricing guide

I wish to start off with unoccupied and player owned, we will deal with enemy occupied afterwards.

I know DG has one on our group page. It only mentions 1x MR+ though.
